Briefly, this program is a not-for-profit organization using 100% volunteered time to assist children with Sickle Cell disease and their families while helping improve the education of medical students. The medical students are from Morehouse School of Medicine and Emory University School of Medicine. The children and families are treated at many places around the Metro-Atlanta area.
